Dr. Naketa Jones

With over two decades of experience in business and workplace ethics, Naketa has dedicated her career to promoting ethical standards, diversity, and accountability in the workplace, particularly in the use of employee selection tools. She is deeply committed to assisting companies, universities, and non-profit organizations in the responsible, inclusive, and ethical integration of AI, Autonomous, and Algorithmic systems.


Naketa actively participates in workgroups striving to establish standards for algorithmic bias and artificial intelligence governance. She earned her EdD in Educational Leadership from Bowling Green State University, where she received comprehensive training in the latest theories and practices of ethical leadership.


Currently, Naketa serves as an instructor at Baker College, teaching courses on critical writing and workplace ethics. She also works as a Project Manager, providing direct consultation services to businesses and nonprofits. Additionally, she actively engages in training and webinars focused on Diversity and Inclusion methods in AI utilization and access. Her extensive experience and profound knowledge have made her a highly sought-after speaker, educator, and consultant in the realm of ethical AI and algorithmic systems.

Dr. Tamara Matthews, PMP

"Dr. Matthews, an Adjunct Faculty member at Baker College, brings over two decades of automotive industry expertise as a Program Manager. Leading a global team for electronic module production, she combines her rich experience with her passion for education.


In her role as Introduction to Business course facilitator, Dr. Matthews's main aim is to empower students to lead their own learning journey. She fosters a collaborative environment that nurtures critical thinking, creativity, and a lifelong love for learning.


Beyond academia, Dr. Matthews actively serves her community through Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, and the National Sorority of Phi Delta Kappa, Incorporated. In her free time, she enjoys thrift shopping, engaging in discussions with her Eclectic Blue book club, and crafting unique beaded jewelry."
